Manage or cancel your membership

App Store purchases: if you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel anytime in your Apple settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. In the search bar at the top, type “Subscriptions” and tap it.
3. Tap Thriftmap, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Web purchases: email us at ben@joinvaluehive.com and we’ll cancel for you. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund process. For web purchases, email us and we’ll work with you in good faith.

Account & sign-in help

Trouble signing in or resetting your password? Use the password reset page, or email us and we’ll help you regain access. To request a copy of your data or delete your account, just email us.

Location & permissions

Thriftmap uses your location to center the map and show spots near you. You can change location access anytime in your device Settings — the app still works if you’d rather search by area instead.
